Thera-Band balls are available in two sizes: standard and XL (more elongated), and in five levels of progressive resistance.
The XL model has an elongated shape and is one third larger than the standard model and is indicated for patients with arthritis or large hands
Thera-Band balls have the advantage that they can be both heated and cooled.
Available in 5 colors based on the degree of hardness:
