Energy Formula Cacao & Cocco is a tasty, low sugar coated chocolate bar with 33% protein.
proteins are not all the same. The biological value is an index of the assimilability by the body of the proteins themselves, it is indicated with the initials VB and ranges from 0 - for non-assimilable proteins - to 100 for 100% assimilable proteins. Our bar uses whey protein with VB100 and soy protein with VB 75.
