G. Aminosix Kompress is a Dietary supplement of BCAA (branched-chain amino acids): Leucine,
Isoleucine, Valine, Alanine, Arginine, Glutamine, Taurine, Vitamin B6.
The formulation of G. Aminosix Kompress provides for a 2:1:1 ratio between individual amino acids. The effects of BCAA supplementation before exercise have important consequences from the ergogenic point of view. BCAAS are used as an energy source for the musculoskeletal system while moving, preventing the use of muscle proteins  (and thus muscle catabolism) as energy and reducing fatigue.
BCAA metabolism does not involve the intervention of the liver, which is not therefore impacted by nutritional needs.
Trophic actions on the musculoskeletal system and fatigue reduction are energized by the other components of  Glucoamino 6 e G.aminosix Kompress. In particular, alanine optimises the use of muscle glycogen while arginine promotes the synthesis of nitric oxide, an important vasodilator. Glutamine facilitates the disposal of the ammonia produced, preventing muscle fatigue. Finally, taurine and vitamin B6 (present in a quantity equal to 150% of RDA)  are well known respectively for their tonic effect on the cardiovascular system and the metabolism of amino acids.
