Is my personal data safe at Sixtus Italia?
Your personal data requested during the order process are collected and processed in order to carry out our business activities (order processing, commercial support to customers, institutional purposes) in full compliance with the regulations in force and are not, under any circumstances or for any reason, transferred to third parties. You may request their cancellation or modification at any time.
How can I delete my account?
I want to unsubscribe from the newsletter. How do I do this?
You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time by clicking on the “unsubscribe” link in the email. Once you unsubscribe, you will no longer receive news about active promotions.
How do I subscribe to the newsletter?
You can subscribe to the newsletter at any time. Just enter a valid email address to receive all news and offers on the world of sport and wellness. By subscribing to the newsletter, you will also receive exclusive promotions and discount codes that you can use at the time of purchase!
How do I change my account data?
You can change your first and last name, password, email linked to your account, mobile phone number and shipping address at any time. Simply log into 'My Account' and go to the Personal Data section.

How do I use my discount code?
Using your discount code is simple: when filling out your order, simply enter it in the appropriate field to activate the offer. Together with the offer details, you will be informed whether you can use the code only once or several times.
What is Sixtus Italia’s discount code?
A discount code represents a special promotion that is offered to Sixtus Italia customers. It can be reserved for anyone, newsletter subscribers or customers only and can be valid for a certain period of time or while stocks last.
Are special offers and promotions cumulative?
No, they are not cumulative.
How do Sixtus Italia’s offers work?
Any special offers promoted by Sixtus Italia are valid until they expire or, when indicated, until stocks are sold out and, in any case, are subject to the actual availability of the relevant products. No replacement is made in relation to any products received as gifts by the customer.

Does Sixtus Italia also ship abroad?
We ship to all European Union countries and also outside the European Union.
Are shipping costs always free?
Shipping is only free of charge for orders over €70.00.
How do I cancel an order?
Click on 'Cancel order' to cancel the entire order. The cancellation confirmation is sent by email within the next 24 hours.
How long does my product's warranty last?
There is no additional warranty on products over and above that already provided by individual manufacturers. Sixtus Italia guarantees only the material integrity of the products at the time of delivery. Any defects must be reported by the customer, under penalty of forfeiture, no later than 10 days from the date of delivery. The customer is only entitled to the replacement of damaged products. The shipping costs necessary for the replacement of products shall be borne by the customer.
Returns and refund
How do refunds work?
Within 15 days of informing Sixtus Italia of your request, or in any case within 5 days of receipt of the returned products, we will refund the corresponding amount to you via bank transfer.
How does return policy work?
You can return your goods within 10 working days from the date you received them. Within this timeframe you must make a request for a refund or replacement stating the reason and whether you wish to have the product replaced or the amount paid refunded. Sixtus Italia reserves the right to replace the returned product by including it in a subsequent customer order, or to arrange for a refund of the amount paid. This notification must be made by e-mail to assistenza.shop@sixtus.it.
