WHAT DOES IT CONTAIN?

ENERGY FORMULA COFFEE (5 bars 35 g): Energy bar rich in carbohydrates with different glycemic indexes, particularly low in fat. The formulation of the "Energy Formula" bars is designed to ensure an important intake of carbohydrates with different glycemic indexes and therefore provide both immediate and long-term energy. The absence of preservatives and the low-fat content favor the digestibility of the bar which is therefore particularly suitable both as a snack between meals and in conjunction with physical activity to prevent micronutrient depletion.

ENERGY FORMULA PROTEIN COCOA (5 bars 25 g):  Energy bar with a high protein content (38%) fortified with the addition of extra leucine. The Energy Formula Protein Cacao formulation represents a product of very high technical value, thanks to the high content of milk proteins (38%), present in the form of both whey and caseins. In fact, these two different types of proteins have different absorption times, distributing the protein content both immediately (in the case of whey) and in the hours following intake (caseins), thus ensuring an effective and long-lasting supply of protein to the muscle. . Furthermore, the special formulation with leucine, the essential amino acid for the 'trigger' of protein synthesis, promotes the prevention of catabolism and the restoration of muscle mass. The high technical value of the formulation makes it excellent in recovery at the end of the performance or, as a protein snack before night rest, the period of choice for the synthesis of muscle proteins, or on any occasion in which the protein requirement is increased.

ENERGY BAR FORMULA BCAA APRICOT (5 bars 25 g): Puffed rice-based energy bar with a high content of carbohydrates (80%) with the different glycemic index, branched-chain amino acids (BCAA), vitamin B6 and vitamin B12, designed to provide an important quantity of energy for the muscles in activity. The particular formulation guarantees high digestibility and, at the same time, a remarkable satiating power. Carbohydrates with different glycemic indexes represent a source of energy that can be used quickly and over time. The particular combination of BCAAs present in Energy Formula Apricot allows their use for ergogenic purposes, avoiding the degradation of muscle proteins during physical activity. With vitamin B6. CRANBERRY SNACK BAR (5 bars 30 g): Bar enriched with seeds, dried fruit, and cranberries. Ideal as a "fasting break" support for mid-morning and afternoon snacks. Snack of natural origin rich in fibre, carbohydrates, proteins, polyunsaturated fats, vitamins and minerals. Cranberry is known for its anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties, it also contains very important active ingredients to counteract the action of free radicals on cells.

MULTIFRUIT FORMULA ENERGY BAR (5 bars 35 g): Multifruit flavored energy bar, rich in carbohydrates with different glycemic indexes and particularly low in fat. The formulation of the "Energy Formula" bars is designed to ensure an important intake of carbohydrates with different glycemic indexes and therefore provide both immediate and long-term energy.

COCONUT AND COCOA BAR (5 bars 45 g): Energy Formula Cocoa & Coconut is a tasty dark chocolate & coconut flavored coated bar, low sugar (0.45 g only) and with 33% protein (14 g). The biological value is an index of the assimilability of the proteins themselves by the organism, it is indicated with the acronym VB and ranges from 0 - for non-assimilable proteins - to 100 for 100% assimilable proteins. In our bar we use whey protein with BV 100 and soy protein with BV 75.
