Dream Fit is a gel sleeve to be used when the hot or cold effect generates well-being for the skin.

COLD EFFECT
Remove the sleeve from the packaging, keeping it in its protective plastic bag: place in the freezer for a minimum of 2 hours. Remove the sleeve from the freezer when it is sufficiently cold and apply to the desired area. The sleeve should not be too cold but must always release a pleasant sensation on the skin. Put on the sleeve starting from the wider side (non-stitched). The sleeve maintains the cold effect for approximately 20 minutes. You can leave the sleeve in the freezer, in its protective bag, until the next use. Always check for the presence of any ice crystals in the internal lining before wearing it: in this case, do not wear the sleeve.

WARM EFFECT
Remove the sleeve, which must be at room temperature, from its protective plastic bag and heat in the microwave (medium power 600-800 Watts) for up to 20 seconds. Check the temperature and heat for up to a further 10 seconds to achieve the desired temperature. The sleeve should not be too hot, and should always give a pleasant sensation on the skin. Apply to the desired area. Put on the sleeve starting from the wider side (non-stitched). The sleeve maintains the warm effect for approximately 15 minutes. Let the sleeve cool to room temperature and place it in the protective plastic bag until the next use.
