Vitamin B complex supplement with taurine, caffeine and medium chain triglycerides.
- Double source of caffeine: anhydrous caffeine and caffeine from green coffee extract (that is, from unroasted coffee). The latter replaces a source of caffeine made available more gradually than the anhydrous one. Green coffee has also a value for its antioxidant properties.
- Taurine, able to ensure a number of effects: from the ergogenic effect to the one contrasting oxidative stress and DOMS
- Magnesium hydroxide, added in order to buffer any gastric acidity that may occur in predisposed patients.
- Isomaltulose, a low glycemic index sugar, which is therefore absorbed more slowly.
